Everything you need to know about using the student portal — from logging in to managing lessons and invoices.

Getting Started

Accessing Your Portal

Your student portal is available at student.airoeducationstudio.com. This is your dedicated space to view lessons, submit reschedule requests, and manage invoices.

Logging In

  1. Open your browser and visit student.airoeducationstudio.com
  2. Enter the mobile number or email address registered with your school
  3. Check your WhatsApp for a 6-digit OTP (arrives within 30 seconds)
  4. Enter the code on the login page and click 'Verify'
  5. You'll be taken to your student dashboard

Your login session stays active for 7 days. After that, you'll need to log in again with a new OTP. The portal works on all devices — phones, tablets, and desktops.

Troubleshooting Login

If you don't receive the OTP, check that your WhatsApp is active and connected to the internet. Verify that you're using the correct number registered with your school. You can tap 'Resend OTP' after 60 seconds. If problems persist, contact your school admin.

Your Dashboard

Dashboard Overview

After logging in, you'll see your student dashboard. This is your home page showing a summary of your upcoming lessons, recent activity, and quick links to key features.

Navigation

Use the sidebar on the left to navigate between sections. On mobile, tap the menu icon to open the sidebar. The main sections available to you are:

  • Dashboard — Your overview and upcoming lessons
  • My Lessons — Full calendar and list view of all your lessons
  • Reschedule — Submit and track reschedule requests
  • Invoices — View and track your payment history
My Lessons

Viewing Your Lessons

Click 'My Lessons' in the sidebar to see all your scheduled lessons. You'll see a calendar view showing lessons for the current week, with the ability to navigate between weeks.

Lesson Information

Each lesson card displays the date and time, your teacher's name, and the current status. All times are shown in your school's configured timezone.

Understanding Lesson Status

StatusMeaning
UpcomingThe lesson is scheduled and hasn't started yet
CompletedThe lesson has been held and marked as finished by your teacher
CancelledThe lesson was removed from the schedule (not shown in calendar)
Rescheduling Lessons

How to Submit a Reschedule Request

If you need to change the time of an upcoming lesson, you can submit a reschedule request through the portal. Your teacher will be notified immediately via WhatsApp.

  1. Click 'Reschedule' in the sidebar
  2. Find the lesson you want to reschedule from the list of upcoming lessons
  3. Click 'Request Reschedule' next to that lesson
  4. Enter your preferred available times (e.g., 'Mon-Fri after 7pm' or 'Saturday morning')
  5. Optionally add a reason for the reschedule
  6. Click 'Submit Request'

After Submitting

Your teacher receives an instant WhatsApp notification with your request details. They can approve or reject the request from their portal. You'll receive a WhatsApp message when the decision is made — including the new lesson time if approved.

Important Notes

  • You can only reschedule lessons that haven't started yet
  • Once submitted, requests cannot be cancelled through the portal
  • You can track the status of all your requests in the Reschedule tab
  • If your request is rejected, you can submit a new one with different times
Invoices & Payments

Viewing Your Invoices

Click 'Invoices' in the sidebar to see all bills issued to you. Each invoice shows the amount due, description, due date, and current payment status.

Invoice Statuses

StatusMeaning
PendingInvoice issued, awaiting payment
PaidPayment confirmed by admin
OverdueDue date has passed without payment confirmation

Making a Payment

  1. View the invoice details and payment instructions
  2. Make the payment using the method specified by your school
  3. Notify your teacher or admin that payment has been made
  4. The admin will mark the invoice as paid
  5. You'll receive a WhatsApp confirmation once verified
